This is how mothers all over Italy call their families to the table. Sharing a table and eating good food together has a special value here. We take good care to look after ourselves and our guests by using the best ingredients we can get. That’s why we keep our organic garden, where we grow seasonal vegetables and salads. Throughout the gardens, you brush against aromatic herbs such as rosemary, lavender and sage. The summer air is always scented by their heady flavors. Since we have an olive grove, we produce our own organic extra virgin olive oil, a soothing activity that makes you see life with different eyes.

We love the excitement of the unknown
We don’t know and, to be honest, we don’t care we don’t know! We only use the best seasonal products, so it’s impossible to create a fixed menu for the two or three dinners a week we serve in the summer. But, again, who cares? What will it be tonight, wild asparagus or summer truffles freshly dug? Sweet tomatoes from our garden or intense Umbrian cheese from the market? We love the excitement of the unknown! Also, during summer, we like organising barbeque evenings.
We invite our guests to help us cook the meat on the grill and become real BBQ masters! We also enjoy a really good wine with our meals, so in our self-service trust bar we have a carefully chosen wine and spirit selection for our guests to pick and enjoy. Cin cin!
